Easy raw food recipe with sweet potato noodles, garlic and basil

1 large raw sweet potato
2 tablespoons vegetable freshly squeezed lemon juice
raw chopped garlic cloves
raw sliced fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
To make raw sweet potato noodles
- Use a vegetable peeler to remove the skin from the top half of the raw sweet potato and discard the skin. 2. Cut the onion and red pepper into cubes.
- Mix raw chopped fresh basil leaves with raw minced garlic cloves, vegetable raw freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice in a small bowl.
- Add salt to taste
- For best results, let the mixture stand for 10 minutes before use, stirring occasionally. Then mix thoroughly with raw spaghetti noodles and serve immediately on a bed of raw spinach for an easy vegan meal.
