Serving up a colorful vegan wrap might be the best and most fun way to get your fill of an entire salad. A gluten-free wrap filled with a tasty combination of vegetables, cashew cheese sauce and avocado.

How do you make this Vegan Wrap?

Ingredients

For the wrap:

Multigrain gluten free wraps

For the filling:
2 carrots grated
2 beets grated
2 green apples
2 ripe avocados
8 sprigs of parsley
240 gr Superfood Guru's Cashew Cheese Sauce

Steamed brown rice

Step 1

Scrub the carrots, beets and apples under running water – you don't need to peel them. Grate them on a grater or use a mandoline with the julienne blade in it. Or use a bag of pre-grated carrot and beet if you have less time.

Step 2:

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and cut the flesh into the skin. Place the slices in a bowl.

Step 3:

Heat the wrap according to the instructions and spread with cheese sauce. Fill the center of each wrap (leave the sides free) with a layer of rice, on top of that a layer of beet, a layer of carrot, a layer of apple, parsley leaf and avocado slices. Give the vegetables a final layer of cheese sauce, roll up the wraps.

Step 4:

Roll the wraps in aluminum foil or baking paper, fold the sides and cut the wrap in half. Use the remaining cheese sauce as a dip. Enjoy!
