Recipe Raw Food Cauliflower Pizza With White Beans Ricotta

This plant-based cauliflower pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and white bean ricotta is a delicious raw food recipe. The preparation will take you about an hour, but believe us: it is more than worth it. The recipe makes four servings.

Method of preparation cauliflower pizza

  • 2 cups of cauliflower

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons of yeast

  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


  1. Cut the raw cauliflower into florets.

  2. Mix the cauliflower with all the other ingredients in your food processor until it forms a whole.

  3. Place the dough in the shape of a pizza on a baking tray and bake it for 30 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius in the oven.

White bean ricotta preparation method

  • 2 cups cannellini beans

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 2 raw garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Cherry tomatoes


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and add olive oil and Celtic sea salt.

  2. Divide the raw white bean mixture over the cauliflower pizza.

Finally, complete your cauliflower pizza with a topping of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Tip: this plant-based pizza tastes extra good with a Pineapple Paradiso juice. Enjoy your meal!
