Method of preparation cauliflower pizza
2 cups of cauliflower
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons of yeast
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Cut the raw cauliflower into florets.
Mix the cauliflower with all the other ingredients in your food processor until it forms a whole.
Place the dough in the shape of a pizza on a baking tray and bake it for 30 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius in the oven.
White bean ricotta preparation method
2 cups cannellini beans
